The LD-13/450 big Al Rod Breakdown Machine with automatic dual take-up applies to continuous drawing aluminum rods from Φ9.5mm to 3.0-1.7mm.The entire production line is similar to big Copper Rod Breakdown Machine in using dual take-up(or single coll take-up),intelligent control,fully automatic switch,loading and unloading reel without stopping.The structure of this machine includes three parts:transmission box,water tank and a constant speed wheel. Gear transmission is done from cone pulley to constant speed wheel. It overcome the disadvantage which constant speed wheel of the common heavy wet wire drawing machine is driven by motor V-belt and make the speed synchronization performance be lower between cone pulley and constant speed wheel .
